A transfer
and a registration/recording are considered two events. A separate
fee is required for each, even if they are accomplished at the same
time.
-
Incomplete or
illegible forms will not be processed. Every effort will be made to
contact the member, and until the member contacts accuRegister the
certificates will not be sent.
-
Approved
forms must be used for all transactions.
-
Names will
not be added to or changed for sheep that have been previously
registered; except for corrections. As in an animal's registration
number, the name an animal is registered/recorded with follows it
for its lifetime.
-
Payment in
full is expected at the time registrations/recording/transfers are
submitted for processing.
-
Certificates
that need to have corrections made must be returned to accuRegister
with the information in question clearly noted on the paper.
accuRegister cannot issue corrected certificates without the
original one being returned.
-
Farm names
will not be included in the name of the sheep being registered.
Each member is assigned a farm prefix from the AGSS that will be
inserted before the animal's name.
-
Names
(inclusive of the farm prefix) will be
limited to 26 space/letter/number combinations.
-
Pedigree
information can only be added to the database from other
organizations when a COPY of the original pedigree is provided.
-
All
communication between members and accuRegister should be conducted
in a professional manner. If a member is dissatisfied with the
service they receive, a board member should be contacted to review
the situation and provide recommendations or intervene on the
member’s behalf.
